At Qvik Ship, we aim to provide fast, transparent, and reliable auto transport services. Please review our refund policy before booking:
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of booking and the vehicle has not been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
- Partial Refund: If the vehicle has been dispatched to a carrier but pickup has not occurred, a partial refund may be issued depending on carrier cancellation terms. Administrative and processing fees may apply.
- No Refund: Once the vehicle is picked up by the carrier, no refunds will be issued.
